1-2-1 Beginner Meditation Course/Mentoring

I offer a 6 week meditation course for beginners where we cover the basics of mindfulness practices and their use, focusing mainly on breath awareness (anapanasati), but also exploring the Zen tradition with ‘Zazen’ (Just sitting) practice and Koans.

Location: All sessions take place online over Zoom at a time that works for both of us.

Price: I offer the first session for free, followed by £15 a session for 6 weeks (Total = £75)

Weekly Group Meditation Classes

A weekly meditation class running twice a week on different days. The classes are ran informally, with me speaking on various different aspects of spiritual practices including a formal meditation towards the end of each class with the opportunity for questions after the class has finished.

Location: All sessions take place online over Zoom at a set time of 7.30pm (GMT).

Price: Donation of £5 minimum if affordable

Weekly Group Meditation Classes

Relaxing, profound and insightful, Aaron’s meditation classes have been a great start to the week.
